A great in-town neighborhood!
Our neighborhood is located off Highway 124 within the city limits of Lawrenceville, Georgia. We take pride in the larger than average lots, many 3/4 of an acre, in our homes, and in the beautiful mature oak, maple, and pine trees.
Another source of pride is our strong and organized neighborhood association. We can do what an individual homeowner can’t always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength of the Association to work. Yearly fees: $35.00

A great place for summer activities is the Forest Hills Swim Club. Shade trees surround part of the Olympic size pool. Adding to this “one of a kind” pool, a pavilion was built so that members could enjoy picnics and meetings. The newly rented Clubhouse serves as a nice place for meetings and social activities throughout the year.
The dues are $395 for families and $200 for qualifying empty nesters and $275 for singles– very reasonable for a family, for empty nesters and singles.
